Dublin International Airport is the closest airport to Luttrellstown Castle. There are several flights, daily, into Dublin from most airports throughout the United States. The journey from the airport to Dublin City Centre, by car, takes around 25 minutes.

A raincoat and umbrella is a must! - it rains quite a bit. Late September in Ireland is cool, typically 50-60 degrees.

Uber is available in Dublin, or their primary taxi app is FREENOW. Either option works for transportation.

We will provide transport from Dublin City Centre to Luttrellstown Castle on the wedding day. There will be an evening Shuttle back to Dublin City Centre at 2am.

If your passport is due to expire within six months of your ticketed date of return, you need to renew it. Allow at least six weeks or more to renew or get a passport (www.travel.state.gov)

Ladies! American appliances run on 110v and European 220v. Your Revlon and Dyson won't work, even with an adapter. The voltage will fry your device! There are hair dryers in all hotel rooms, but if you're like me and hate a regular hotel hair dryer, you can purchase dual hair tools on amazon.

U.S. plugs will not work in Europe! Most hotels provide free adapters, so you can always ask the front desk for one. If for some reason they do not, we have plenty so please reach out to us!
